There's life in the auld blog yet

I know it looks as if things are on the steady road to decline around here, what with blog entries coming every week or so, but really, it's just a sign I'm very very very busy. For me writing is the first casualty of writing - I get busy writing for a living, and the last thing I want to do is write recreationally.

It's all part of the pre-christmas journalistic rush - nothing really gets published in newspapers in the last two weeks of December/first week of January, and because of the way production lifecycles work, anything getting published at the end of November and beginning of December is being written/sub-edited, designed, laid out and printed around about now.

On the plus side, I have been writing about computer games for the last couple of days, so that was kind of neat. Anyway, you get the idea.
